The TFCC is a kind of 'meniscus' of the wrist and forms the connection between the ulna, the radius and the wrist. Pain on the pinky side of the wrist is often caused by damage to the TFCC. The pain is felt during turning, lifting and supporting movements and the pain becomes worse when the hand is bent towards the little finger.
