Features:

• The patella brace applies a local pressure onto the patellar tendon and stabilizes the patella to damp vibrations.
• Increases the proprioceptive effect thanks to its combination of silicone material with a picot seam. This combination results in a massage effect and allows the woven brace to apply a homogeneous pressure.

Indications:

• Damping of vibrations.

Fitting Instructions:

• Loosen the supportive strap.
• The patella brace needs to fit just below the patella on the patellar tendon, the patella needs to be centered in the silicone insert.
• Close the strap around the knee.

Do not fasten the patella brace too tight to prevent any compression. Follow the advice of the professional who prescribed or supplied the product. Consult your professional if discomfort occurs. Store at room temperature preferably in original packaging. Re-use of this device for the treatment of another patient is strictly due to hygiene and performance-related problems. If a decision is taken to re-use this device, than the person taking the decision is solely responsible and the Thuasne warranty will automatically become void.

Washing Instructions:

• Hand wash only in soapy water at 40ºC. Do not use fabric softener or bleech.
• Squeeze out excess water.
• Dry well away from any heat source.
