The Thera-Band Body trainer is available in different resistances, going from light to super heavy. With the different kind of resistances, there can be made a lot of variation in the exercises. It is possible to make them heavier or lighter with another resistance. Every resistance has its own colour to keep the different kinds of tubing apart from each other.
