Pedalo PhysioFlip

The Pedalo-PhysioFlip is an innovation in the treatment of foot complaints (such as flat feet, hollow feet, deformations of the foot, overpronation) and in injury prevention. A textile strap, adjustable in resistance, allows the training of the inner and outer rotators of the knee and hip (depending on the position of the body in standing or in sitting) - combined with the movement patterns inversion and eversion of the foot. The PhysioFlip is mainly used for the improvement of the foot, knee, and hip joint as well as for the strengthening of the associated muscle groups. The integrated handle extends the range of exercises to mobilize and strengthen the shoulder girdle during rotation.

The PhysioFlip is the perfect tool for guided exercise in the transverse plane (rotation). The advantage is that by varying the resistance, the difficulty can be specifically adjusted.
