Reusable Neo G Hot & Cold therapy packs with dual function: can be used either hot or cold. Remains pliable, even at low temperatures. Including protector sleeve. Hot Therapy: helps with muscle and joint pain/stiffness and relaxes muscles. Hot water: place the disc or pack in a heat resistant bowl, cover entire disc/pack with approx. 1 litre of boiling water and leave immersed for 3 6 minutes. With caution, pour water from bowl, remove the disc/pack, dry with a towel, place into protector sleeve and apply to affected area. Cold Therapy: helps with muscle/joint swelling, inflammation, soothe aches and pains e.g. Freeze: Place the disc or pack in freezer for approximately 90 minutes. Remove disc/pack from freezer with caution, place into protector sleeve and apply to affected area. Not suitable for microwave! Compatible with the Neo G supports.
