The Balance Board is suitable for training balance and both sides of the board can be used. The plastic bottom can be used to stand upon to train the coördination and balance. By turning the trainer upside down, you can train the ankles and is suitable to do balance exercises on.

The balance board is supplied with pump and features two elastic handles, which allows more variation in the training. Next to the training the balance and coördiation it can also help to recover from and injury and to train the pelvic muscles.
